Middletown is the perfect base for your holiday on St Martins. Sheltered, peaceful and just five minutes walk from two of our most beautiful, white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters.
We offer self catering accommodation in two separate properies.
Middletown Stable, a beautifully converted, cosy, granite barn and East Hilldrop Chalet, a traditional cedar wood chalet

Middletown Stable
A beautifully converted barn. Upstairs it has two bedrooms, one double, one twin and a bathroom with bath and shower.
Downstairs is all open plan. It has a comfortable sitting room and well equipped kitchen.
The Stable is set in its own garden where you can sit and enjoy the sunshine with a glass of wine!
We do not accept pets in Middletown Stable.
East Hilldrop Chalet
This traditional cedar wood chalet is nestled privately within the flower fields of Middletown, just behind the sand dunes and one St Martins fabulous beaches.
The Chalet has two bedrooms, a double and a twin, sleeping up to four people.
There is one bathroom with bath and shower combined.
The open plan living room and kitchen area, coupled with the large front windows, make for a bright, airy living space.
The lawned garden extends down towards surrounding flower fields and the beach just beyond. Being south facing the garden is blessed with the best of our wonderful Scilly sunshine. Benefitting from the privacy and shelter of the surround hedging, this little sun trap makes for a warm, peaceful hideaway, perfect for relaxing at any time of day.
Facilities & Location
Middletown Stable is equipped and furnished to Visit England 4 Star Standard. Middletown Stable has a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bed linen and bath towels are provided in both properties.
Prices are inclusive of electricity, heating and WIFI in both properties.
Cot & high chair available on request.
Secluded gardens with outdoor seating.
Pets
Dogs
We do not accept pets in Middletown Stable.
Well behaved dogs are welcome in East Hilldrop Chalet by prior arrangement with the understanding that they should remain in the kitchen area only and not permitted in the carpeted, furnished areas (a barrier is provided).
Please note: we only permit one dog per booking and strictly no dogs under 2 years of age or dogs in season..
